Construction

This gel foam is then paired with the adaptive response transition layer, a firmer foam that prevents your body from sinking in too deeply and will keep you comfortable on top of the mattress instead of inside it. While the transitional foam does a good job of preventing you from feeling like you’re being trapped inside your mattress, it's the firmest layer of foam found at the very bottom that works hard to reinforce all of the support and helps to reduce back pain and overall soreness.
